Features

What we help you keep together.

We built Trainloom around workouts, nutrition, progress, goals, and weekly review, with a local-first product model that keeps the experience cleaner and more focused.

Overview

Open the parts that matter to you.

Feature area Workouts and exercise history Plan the session, log the work, and keep performance history readable.

We keep workout structure and logged training close together so progress is easier to follow over time.

  • Workout planning and scheduling.
  • Logged exercise history and sets.
  • PR tracking as part of the wider routine.
Feature area Nutrition and adjustments Track meals without splitting nutrition away from the rest of your week.

Food tracking is framed as part of the training rhythm rather than a separate tool you have to mentally stitch back together later.

  • Nutrition tracking in the same product flow as training.
  • Adjustments that support the plan instead of interrupting it.
  • A cleaner connection between workouts, food, and review.
Feature area Progress, goals, and check-ins See how the week is moving, not just what happened in one session.

Measurements, goals, progress entries, and regular check-ins give the app more shape than a simple session logger.

  • Progress entries and measurement history.
  • Goals that sit beside the rest of the routine.
  • Check-ins that support longer-term consistency.
Feature area Weekly review Bring workouts, nutrition, and progress back into one weekly picture.

Weekly review helps the product feel like a training system rather than a collection of isolated logging screens.

  • A clearer weekly thread across the app.
  • A better view of momentum and adjustments.
  • More context for what to do next.
Feature area Local-first and privacy boundaries Device storage first, with clearer expectations around what currently syncs.

We designed Trainloom around local device storage first, with supported cloud sync layered on top for the data that currently syncs.

  • We keep progress photos on-device and out of cloud sync.
  • Our ZIP exports can include readable local progress photo files from this device.
  • We already publish our privacy notice and terms on the site.
